Obituary

Brother Adrian Gaudin, S. C., a Brother of the Sacred Heart, and former principal of Bishop Dunne Catholic School, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at 4:30 p.m. at the age of 74.

Brother Adrian entered the Brothers of the Sacred Heart in 1951. As an educator he taught in schools in New York, Louisiana, New Jersey and Mississippi. As an administrator, he held the position of principal at Ascension Catholic in Donaldsonville, LA; Bishop Dunne Catholic School in Dallas, TX; Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, LA; and Headmaster at St. Columba's College in St. Albans, England. He was also Superintendent of Education in Houma and Thibodaux Diocese.

Relatives, friends, religious and former students are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, March 15, 2008, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 noon at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, 228 S. Beach Blvd., Bay St. Louis, MS. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 noon. Interment will be in the Brothers Cemetery in Bay St. Louis, MS.
